Customer Experience Officer

Job Description

Support the development and implementation of customer feedback systems and service recovery strategies. You will work closely with front-line staff to uphold high service standards and improve the overall customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
